I haven't seen Midge post here for a while.
I'm convinced that Kori has given his location, once a long-held secret, to the likes of NorCal and Fillmoe. I believe that they, along with GIG, have kidnapped him and are slowly torturing him. They probably don't realize that he loves the idea of being tortured.
Or, they probably have him locked up in a basement where they have their way with him. If you can imagine that one scene in Pulp Fiction with Ving Rhames with Zed, you can imagine what they are probably doing to him.
Or, they probaly have him tied up in one of their beds (in the nude) forcing him to listen to rap music all day as they model "gangsta" clothing to him. That would really break Midge.
It's a sad, sad end for Midge.
