Yeah, but it had Bruce Bowen's personal data on it.

;-)

My data is just too important to trust a refurb, if you do make sure you keep regular backups religiously...

Those drives are cool if your building something for a freinds or for your kids. HD's are like cell phones, they can break down after 60 days, or last 4 years. I have seen new Hds start acting up and some even crashing hard after just 15 days. And I now have a reformatted 40 GB used hard drive I found on a eMachine in the dumpter back in 2000
that works fine.

But If I had a choice I would not want to buy something rebuilt if it is the same price as new. It would have to be a sweet deal like a WD 300GB for 50.00 dollars.

rd for the last 3 years.

The real truth is, Refurbished is a word that scares people away. after all would you like to buy some Refurbished hamburger meat from your butcher?

They just need to come up with another name. Refurbished is not really a bad word, in fact... I wish someone would Refurbished my wifes ass, but that's for another thread. well since we are on the subject, I think it's time for the trolls to Refurbished this forum.

Can I just Refurbished (Refund) your Baby making,Denny's waitress hitting, Jesus loving, creamy white wonder bread Bi polar Refurbished ass?

my DVD burned out last week and I think Crazyone (who paid for it) had no Idea it was Refurbished. He likes to go to those Computer Expos they have once a month where you can buy WinTvR cards for 2o.oo dollars and DVD burners for 19.99. I have I know pronounce you chuck and Larry if you want to use VLC player.

I thought I was still in the Troll forum when I made that post. Maybe I should Refurbished my original post.
