Zachary Quinto (Sylar from Heros) is playing Spock in the new Star Treck movie, but Leonard Nemoy (original Spock) is also comming out in the new movie as the old Spock.

It doesn't make any sense, and it's supposed to be a prequal.

If they pull another "The Voyage Home" bullshit, I say we burn every copy of anything having to do with Star Trek and be done with them forever.

This is illogical.

Mr. Nimoy begs to differ:

"When asked by a fan why he decided to put his support behind this new Trek, Nimoy responded with, "It has a brilliant young director, a great script... I guess the real answer is that it was logical." :toast

I was tempted after the last abortion of a movie. But then I just cue up KAAAAHHHHNNNNNN.

But, I'm staying cautiously optimistic until the first trailer. Now, if it ends up being some sort of save the Wild African Meerkat...

I'm still pissed on how they kept re-writing the storyline with every new fucking movie.

I still like them, and I love the show . . . but, why couldn't they fucking stick with a single storyline???????
:bang

Anyway, word around the campfire is that they're re-booting the movie franchise with Adrian Paul.

I hope they finally get it right.

Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations, well that explains the parallel duality of the two Spock's, uh, doesn't it?!!!
