Has anyone been keeping tabs of future picks that the Spurs have traded/recieved in trades? Whose do they own now?

Spurs have all of their own first and second round picks.
They have too Raptors 2008 second round pick and Rockets 2009 second round pick.

Didn't the Spurs trade away their 2009 1st round pick to the Sonics in the ill-fated Kurt Thomas trade?

Fortunately it's lottery protected.

How many 2nd's?

Just to keep the draft picks available straight, the Spurs:

2009 1st round draft pick is owned by the Thundah (Kurt Thomas Trade). But it's lottery protected so the Spurs would have to miss the Playoffs to get it.

2009 2nd rounder traded away to some team, I forgot who.

But the Spurs have 2 second round picks back from trades:
1) Rocket's 2nd rounder (Scola trade)
2) Raptors 2nd Rounder (Sho and Bonner trade)

Soooooo, did the PHX pick just disappear off the map or what?

As in the golden State pick and Hairston received from PHX for Dragic.

Ah that one, I thought they had used it on Hairston. But I believe you're right, Spurs have another 2nd rounder in 2009 from Phoenix.

So 1 potential lottery pick (if Spurs miss Playoffs) + 3 2nd rounders in 2009
or, if the Spurs MAKE the Playoffs, they won't have the 1st round pick but they'll still have 3 2nd rounders in 2009

They won't need 3 2nd round picks in the same draft so maybe they can use up some in a trade.

This RealGM page isn't fully complete apparently, but it has some information:

So to my point, if they're going to suck this year, suck it hard!

Amen...suck it hard Spurs..lost every game if you have too. Hopefully 2009 draft will be deep and we are lucky enough to get under 3 lottery pick. Dump /trade fucking Bonner and everybody except Big 3, Mason, Ian, Udoka (to replace Bowen) to get necessary cap to get quality player. Its better to have 11 solid players than couple of scrubs to make it 15. If FO still being a cheap ass than fuck them too...everybody is upgrading their team, its time to make the CHANGE WE NEED ! YES WE CAN ! Popovich should listen to Obama!

if we make the playoffs we could miss a very nice first round pick, it seems that if we make the playoffs it will be from a low standing and in this situation we will lose a first round pick that will be something between 16th-20th overall.
what a bad trade it was for the spurs, why to give up a first round pick for a 35yo Kurt Thomas who is almost a done player?!!! go home already R.C Buford, you are ruin the spurs, for the last 5 years you just make bad moves and nothing good.

So the Spurs do have 3 second round picks?

With the way the salaries have changed in Europe, the #31-35 picks in the draft become very desirable-- Euro guys that would've gone in the high teens or twenties will now probably not get taken, for fear that they will pull a Splitter, so the best Euro still available at #31 will probably be pretty good.

It amazes me how SO CALLED Spurs fans are wanting the Spurs to tank games 8 games into the season. This team has never tanked seasons to get better draft picks. It goes against the character of the whole team! If you think the draft of a rookie in a weak draft is going to be the answer to our problems, then you really don't know basketball.:nope This team is about winning , not TANKING. Just ridiculous.

Yeah, I agree. Hill and Mason look really good, and Parker, Ginobili, and Mahinmi will all be back soon, making the Spurs a better team than they were just 6 months ago when they beat New Orleans in game 7. Why on earth would anyone even mention tanking?
