I just found out that in February of 2008, I will be attending my first super bowl.


I'm looking forward to watching the Broncos win another one, but in person this time.

That was already brought to my attention today as well. Honestly, I don't think anything could ruin a trip to the super bowl.

Thats why the Super Bowl is a bunch of crap. The fans of the teams in it don't even go becuase it's all a bunch of people who just have the tickets or the big CEOs and whatnot. But hell I'd go if I had tickets no matter who was playing. A buddy of mine went in 2001 and said it was awesome, but it would of been cool if he gave a shit about either team.

I have cowboys season tickets, and My uncle has had them for 20 years. I was able to go to all 3 superbowls in the 90's due to the season ticket holders getting put in the lottery automatically.

but you are right, there is usually only about 5-10k worth of seats for the fans of the two teams.

Johnsmith- it is an incredible experience everytime, I reccomend going a couple days early, the buzz around the city is insane, and there is always a ton of stuff to do.

Enjoy your time there as it is a lot of fun. I went to Superbowl 13 and that wasn't the best time to be a Cowboy fan!!!

make sure you read at the very bottom of the post, the poster was making the point that they will be there because every team gets tickets to the superbowl.

Nope.....they are always the sleeper team but nothing ever comes of it. If they do happen to make the playoffs how many players leave the bench and suspended then...will you bitch and moan then too?
