What I find funny, is that during the whole season, other fans where saying "Spurs are old" and this offseason top teams are going after old players (Webber, Hill, Brown, Jones, Hardaway, Miller..).
Bottom line is that experience is really important for the playoffs and having a 20 years old player over a 35 years old one gives no instant edge if the 35 years old one is better.

Um, what?
I think he's referring to the fact that we, the Spurs, have NO chance at repeating the title now because of the superior force the Heat have brought onto their roster. :lol

At this point Lil' Penny's knees are probably stronger than the real Penny's.
"He beats me on the drives, but I kill him on the greens!"

Penny was stated, "I'm fortunate to get another chance and I'm really excited to play with Shaq and Dwyane. I see great things for the Heat next season." As for the bench, Hardaway said, "I think the bench will be a real lift for the starters, especially once Pat and Randy finish making the rest of their personnel moves. I'm just getting giddy and can't wait for Charles Barkley and Bernard King to sign on as well. We'll bring some true veteran leadership to the bench. And, while it's just a rumor with Tom Chambers, I wouldn't be surprised if it's true. That would be amazing."

:lmao @ the Heat. They are officially the home for the NBA's old, should-be-retired talent.
Poor Wade. He's gonna wear himself out carrying that bunch of fossils the whole season.

Great pickup. The Heat are loaded now. They just need to feed off Wade and we'll see another championship.

When they picked up Smushed i got nervous, now that they have Penny i think we should throw the season to get a high draft pick.
How old are they now?

Penny was really good before his knees blew out. Something about the Magic and franchise players with chronic injuries.
