Remember him? 1996. San Antonio. Wrong place, wrong time sort of case. Michael Lahood Jr was shot by triggerman Maurecio Brown (who was executed in 2006) Foster was driving the car Brown was riding in. Prosecutors state that Foster should have "anticipated" the murder and he is set to di on Aug 30th. Good job, Texas. Kill them all. :rolleyes
