Yes this is true. It's considered exposure. My wife is a Registered Sex Offender Treatment Provider. She used to, doesnt at the current time, counsel sex offenders as her job.

She has the worst of the worst (guys who rape their kids and their grand kids) to the guy who got busted at 19 fucking his 16 year old girlfriend who is now his wife at age 40....yes he is also a sex offender and has to register and be on that list.


its crazy, i agree we need to keep watch of the bad ones, but there needs to be more distinction.
