Just saw the interview with him. Rampage is super cool. He talked about what it takes to be an MMA fighter. He even gave some love to boxing.

Replay should be at around 11

Rampage is an awesome personality for the sport. I think most boxers and MMA fighters have mad respect for one another. They all sweat and die in the gym for their sport.

wish I could set my DVR from a computer, I will have to see it on youtube. Thank you for the hads up.

Cool...it should be up on ESPN.com soon I would think...

Rampage is the most marketable guy they have...so far, they've completely failed to push him. I think Dana had to get over the fact that his buddy Chuck lost. He talked more about Chuck after the fight than Rampage...

I think their actual friends.

But I feel his pain...I still grieve for Cro Cop.

Oh I know...I literally meant his "buddy"...they've been friends since before anybody knew Chuck...

Rampage on "First Take" is on the right side of the page...

he mentioned that he's training more boxing that he used to (I guess that's giving boxing "some love?"), but also mentioned that boxing avg's about 7 deaths/yr...
