Would The Virgin Islands Beat Team USA with Duncan, Raja Bell and Stephen Jackson?

do you think if that if playing for the U.S. Virgin Islands along side with Raja Bell and Stephen Jackson (sorry if i am missing another NBA player from those lands) they would have a shot of defeating team USA under FIBA's rules?
