Cool
How far is your leg?
Each runner has 3. The total is about 16 miles.
Heres a prayer:
Roses are red
Birds fly in the sky
Violets are brown
And I hope Tlong doesn't die.

Well, considering it's from Hood to the coast, at least it's all downhill.
Cocaine white it is
Hot dogs really are so long
Pepsi has a fizz
Tlongs lungs are very so strong
Haiku and IT RHYMED SON!!!!!!!

Isn't downhill actually harder to run over the long run? Isn't it harder on the knees?

There were a lot of pictures taken. I'll post some when they're available. I bet I look pretty scary. There was a woman who actually had a heart attack after one of her legs. Fortunately there were medical people close by to give her CPR.
