I came home from work today and some fuckhead left a wire hanging out of my electric box.

I have no idea if it's hot or not.. I am waiting for CPS to come and write these dipshits that Ryland hires up.....

I hope they never do electrical work again.... Right next to the pool! What a major fuck up.

right click the picture saved on your hard drive, select edit. it will open the picture in paint, click on image up on top then stretch/skew and change the horizontal/vertical to 50%

The only thing wrong with the above ground pool is the look of it.

You can still get wet, you can still have fun, the cost is 95% less than an inground pool.

Ryland continues to not fix my leak in roof, my leak in the back wall, my loose boards upstairs, and a bunch of other shit.

I know that above ground pools are not for MTV cribs, so blow me.

A lot of deed restricted communities won't allow you to have a below ground pool from what I understand. Just as well though because depending on what side of town you reside, the dirt contractor likely buried all of the boulders they were supposed to haul off in your back yard.

Work is going on like crazy in my neighborhood ... finally. The worst of the houses I believe have been bought back or some other arragements have been made, but my 2 neighbors to the right have moved out and there is a ton of work being done on their homes ... and driveways are being repaired at a lot of homes also ... another major complaint (including ours). Maybe you should start boycotting the model homes and getting media attention, too. :lol

We have our one year walk thru next month, and already have a pretty good laundry list. I'm hoping that in the current state of affairs in my neighborhood, they'll be taken care of pretty quickly.
