Plaxico at Dallas might be a good play because of Dallas' lack of a secondary.

Yeah the more I think about it Plex might have a big game. Dallas corners are pretty undersized and lacking in experience right now.

No team gave up more passing tds last year than the Packers.
Plax will have Anthony Henry on him all game, plus who knows how much pressure Manning will face.
I would go with Brown and Fitz

Well, one team equaled that mark(25), the Dallas Cowboys, and three other teams gave up more passing TDs; Saints(26), TB(26) and the 'Skins(30).

IMO, the GB secondary is better than the 'Boys, especially with a gimpy Newman and no Glenn.

Plax and Fitz would be my plays.

Plax won't give you anything. The Cowboys D line and LB will be all over Manning, Manning's O Line isn't very good. Plax may get open a few times against Henry, but the QB will be getting knocked on his ass so the ball won't be there. I'd definitely go Fitz since the 9ers D looks to not be anything special, and after that probably Brown since I wouldn't trust Pennington against the Pats D. When picking receivers you can't just look at the secondary, you have to look at the offensive line, defensive front, and QB.

Thanks for the pile-on mother fucker. It's only the first drive of the season, they haven't set in yet. Let's see what happens the other 3 4/5th quarters.

Are they set, yet?

Be a shame if you sat the highest scoring WR thus far for Reggie Brown...

Brown shouldn't ever be considered when compared with guys like Coles and Plax.

Good god, I did not expect the Cowboys defense to play that badly in this game. I was surprised at the lack of adjustments on D where Roy Williams was allowed to completely suck as the safety doubling Plexiglass over the top. I was surprised they didn't go with Hamlin and Watkins, with Watkins being the double man to match the height. Roy Williams flat out sucks. Although I guess since there are no BCS bullshit in the NFL all that matters is the win.

As I have said, and been cruxified on this board for many times - the most overrated player in the NFL.

I dont know if hes the most overated (he still lead the team in tackles last night), but hes getting there pretty fast

If the Cowboys would just start using him the way the Steelers use Polomalu (sp), then he'd make much more of an impact.........then again, I'm not a coach.

I agree, the only problem with that is that Polamalu has a lot of recovery speed, something Roy has none of, highlighted by the fact that he blows more coverages than just about any safety in the league.

I hope you went with Plax.

Polamalu is great in coverage. His closing speed when the ball is in the air is awesome, and his instincts are great. The Cowboys try to use Roy like that, but Roy doesn't have the chops.
