The ST dude fumbled on the return. Giants ran one play to the end zone, but Steve Smith caught it out of bounds.

Now if we could switch the Ravens defense with the Giants, and switch the Giants offense for the Ravens offense we would be in business. Even though the Ravens O isn't as bad as the Giants D I don't think. We are making Romo look like Tom Brady...

Yes, that's easy to determine after the first game of the season. Just like the Chargers and Saints will be two of the worst offenses in the league.

bears d is awesome
chargers got robbed out of one touchdown
and bears got a break with the block on the field goal attempt

chargers should have put 24 points up on the board

But they didn't. They scored 14. The Cowboys should have held the Giants to about 14 to 17 pts, but they didn't. They gave up 35. Should haves don't mean shit.

Seriously, the Cowboys losing Ferguson for the year is an absolute disaster. No Newman, No Ellis, No Ferguson. I don't know how they're going to do it.

We have nobody that cannot cover anything in the secondary. With Newman, the defense can be more aggressive. But we cannot rely on Henry being our best corner and Reeves being opposite of him. But give Eli some credit. He ALWAYS plays great against the Cowboys for some odd reason and so does Plaxico. They played out of their mind. But we helped them. We played off the receiver for 15 yards for some odd reason. We must make changes. Luckily, we don't get a high octane offense next week.

The problem with Eli Manning is consistency. Sometimes he sucks horribly, but when he's on he's a monster with the ball. Besides, he started last year really good and then went to shit midway through the season. Probably more of the same this year.

It doesn't matter if he is back or not, if the Cowboys don't get any pressure on the QB then it doesn't really matter who is in the secondary.

It sucks to lose fergusson but his back up was all over the field, making plays in the backfield getting some pressure, it looks like he could be a pleasent surprise. Not sure what his name is but his number is 90.

By the way I was sitting next to a number of giants fans at the game and they all said that it was a great thing that Newman was not able to play. They felt the cowboys D would have been much more stout with newman around. Just their opinion, mine as well, he makes that secondary.

Although Jones wasn't terrible. Looked to me though, Garrett has more confidence in Barber. He got the bulk of the work in the 4Q.

i was just confused with no barber for most of the 3rd. jones did break off a few nice runs, but i like seeing how barber doesn't duck out of bounds.
