Hey, wasn't there a big stink last year because Mike Nolan wanted to wear a suit on the sideline but the NFL wouldn't let him, saying that coaches were required to wear those ugly logo sweaters? Nolan's in a suit now.

I'm generally disinclined to listen to anything that Mike Greenberg says about anything, but when he's doing color on football games, I don't really have much of a choice. At least I can say he is consistent -- he was horrendous doing Arena League games this summer and he's apparently worse doing NFL games this fall.

I know more about football than what any announcer is going to tell me, so Ron Jaworski's condescending ass has never told me anything I didn't already know. However, he sure has annoyed the hell out of me while telling me things I already new. I put more of a premium on the announcer being personable because they won't tell me anything new regarding the x's and o's of football.
