Duncan's New Shoe

I know there's not a lot of sneaker conversation on this board but I thought someone might be interested.

Looks like an October release, although last year adidas released an All Star exclusive version at All Star weekend and then the regular version dropped in April.

I guess the "Stealth" name is gone, the series is being called "Adidas Team Signature." Duncan's is "TS Lightspeed."

I don't like the T-Mac ones, but I like Duncan's and Chauncey's. The red and white with the denticulated front tread (I don't know what else to call it) looks kind of throwback. But I don't like it as much as Duncan's last two shoes.

It kind of reminds me of what nike did last year with the air force anniversary series. But only in the sense that the only difference in the shoes are the colors.

The shoes don't seem to be listed yet on adidas. That's why I used the link I did. They go on sale in October, I assume they'll hit adidas by then.

The commercial is great though. It came out a while ago. Adidas theme for this season is "Basketball Is Brotherhood." Love the lines in it.

I'm pretty sure Timmy's saying "Like", referring to the team name being on the front of the jersey, rather than the player name on the back. Makes more sense to me.

I've watched it a few times and because he's writing on the box while he speaks I wondered if I misheard it.

ugly generic shoes imo. addidas is a poor mans nike. nike all the way regardless is they got little kids making the shoes... atleast those little kids got style.

I don't know what this one will be.
