AUSTIN, Texas - In the average New Jersey public school, African-American students are almost 60 times as likely as white students to be expelled for serious disciplinary infractions.
In Minnesota, black students are suspended 6 times as often as whites.
In Iowa, blacks make up just 5 percent of the statewide public school enrollment but account for 22 percent of the students who get suspended.

Are they 60 times as likely to be expelled as whites who commit serious infractions, or 60 times as likely to be expelled as the average white student?
The former would be a serious case of unequal enforcement; the latter is just a reflection upon the widespread cultural collapse of the black community.

Yeah, that's because black children frequently grow up in poverty, in single-parent homes without any stability and little supervision, where the only available male role models are rappers, gangbangers, and professional athletes. The black community has lost whatever cultural capital it had back when the civil rights leaders moved mountains. Now, apart from the "talented tenth," black America is adrfit at sea. Blacks in poverty rarely ever learn how to function in society, and therefore they utterly fail to function in society. Then they have children who start life with no chance either.
Oh, and by the way, government essentially is powerless to fix that problem, and eliminating white racism won't solve it either. It takes a black Renaissance led by some yet-unidentified visionary black leaders.

There are many people within the black community who speak on issues that the black community and the black community alone can fix, you just don't ever hear about them. The media is so fixated on the crazy shenanigans of the likes of Sharpton and Jackson they don't take the time to see what others are saying about issues in black america. Here's an article that talks about the anti hip hop movement by blacks. http://www.blackagendareport.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=372&Itemid=35
Also, do you really think that the black community is morally corrupt. That really sounds Yonivore like.
About your comment about the government, I have been thinking and talking about this issue with others, and I believe it is about time that the black community starts to be more self reliant starting with more black owned and black ran businesses and take it from there. We can't depend on the government forever.

THe moment african americans as a whole, start thinking as individuals rather than a collective for advancement, is when you'll see a difference.
jessie and al have a forum for a reason. Blacks still vote democrat blindly, still listen to washed up leaders, or try to blame their ills on the non blacks.
Look at jews. They're not ever thinking, " HEy i'll purchase real estate instead of fancy apparael because it's the jew thing to do. Jew jew jew, jew jew!!".

Yonivore is rather a vile racist, so no, I don't share his views.
The issues with the black community are not on account of moral corruption, but rather the existence of cultural values and attitudes which do not lead to success.
1) Too few blacks understand the importance of education, and so fail to develop competitive work skills.
2) Too few blacks understand financial discipline, and fall into the bondage of debt.
3) Too few blacks understand the creation and maintenance of wealth, and let whatever money they get slip through their fingers.
4) Too many blacks conflate charisma with character, and fall for smooth-talking con men.
5) Too many blacks believe what racists say about them, and develop self-hate.
6) Too many blacks believe that they are powerless to improve themselves, and that they are victims dependent on a captor who has to relent.
7) Too few blacks understand that nepotism is destructive, and is not true loyalty, so their social infrastructure is undermined by corruption.
8) Too many blacks believe that the key to cultural success is aggression and subjugation rather than enlightenment and technology.
9) Too few blacks understand that synthesizing the successful practices of surrounding cultures is not the same as selling out, so anything white people do, no matter how well it works, they won't adopt.
Some of the other, more odious developments, like the male sense of entitlement to sex, misogyny, and the collapse of family, I think flow out of the dysfunction caused by the first set of values, which are not questions of morals but rather of wisdom.
All this is just my opinion.

I'll probably take major heat from my opinion, but here it goes.
Blame hip hop, and blame the media. Hip hop is MOSTLY listened by blacks, hispanics, or as my african american history teacher says... people of color. I'm not saying whites don't listen to it either, but they don't as much as "people of color". In this music, they shoot people, rape bitches, and party hard.
Also, people like 50 who survive gunshots are rolemodels for the young black man.
A lot of the black kids at my school try and be "this" icon, try to show their friends they are tough and "macho", so they make stupid decisions which can be shown on the facts stated above.
Take away hip hop and the media hype of being a "gangsta" and those stats won't exist.
