Grow a pair Barry.

Well its pretty simple, he goes from 31 to 17 and he's playing like half as well as he used to. What he should do is double it 34 and start playing twice as good.

Yeah Barry! Grow a pair and play yourself more than 2 minutes! Wimp! You suck!

How dare you not get 20/6/5 in two minutes. You obviously cannot play this game.

he did this all year with the bulls

Devin Brown didn't get drafted. Therefore he can't play in the NBA.
And BTW, your definition of "all year" means 37 games.

what does brown have to do with barry's slump

What does what Barry did in a strike shortened season, injured, have to do with this year?

Let me put it another way...Steve Smith sucked ass the last time he was here...yet you want to trade for him again...So how can you use what Barry did 8 years ago as a reason he will continue to play bad this season? And like I said...that was 37 games, not an entire season.

It wasn't that long ago that Barry was shooting pretty good early in the season.

And what is this mindset that if Devin plays good then Barry is the worst player in NBA history? I don't get it. But I've noticed it's a trend amongst the Barry haters. I've also noticed that it is a trend among a lot of people when it's Horry VS Malik.

It's called depth, and you use it, otherwise it does no good to have it.

It's also about winning a championship and if a guy can help you do it because he fills the hole that caused you to lose last year...it makes sense to try and get him playing at his best to aid in that quest.

He's a career 404% 3 point shooter...that makes him the best shooter on the team.

Go ahead and annoint Devin and Beno as the post season saviours based on what they do in the regular season...as for me, I've seen it before, Hedo, Smitty, Ferry, Porter...

Do you think Beno is going to continue to shoot @48% clip for the entire season? I don't. I think he's on the hot streak of his life and I think it's foolish to assume he is going to keep shooting like that.

It makes sense to keep all our shooters sharp and get them all going...that's the best way to make sure we have a stable perimeter game in the playoffs. We don't know that we have clutch, what we do have for certain is a lot of guys that can shoot...and we need to make sure none of them are headcases going into the post season.

steve smith this year could play a steve kerr role

I am not sure barry could play a steve kerr role

he has proved nothing yet this year as a spur and the year is about gone

steve smith did more for the spurs then barry has so far
he helped tp and his shot
that is more then I can say for barry
I wanted barry because he could play backup point and jackson could not
because I was not sure on beno
but do I want to get stuck with barry for 4 years?
right now barry still has value trade him for someone that can play d and pop will play him

depth is good but with pop if you play no d you get no playing time
lets get depth with players that pop will play

when devin brown is sucking you go to barry

but brown is not sucking so barry gets buried with beno and brown playing well
when beno is sucking you have to think about giving barry a chance at backup point

Brent Barry picked 17 to honor Chris Mullin one of his mentors.

Well Whottt, I would agree with you, except for mr scared passed up 2 wide freakin open shots.

1 was a three, the other a baseline jumper.

If he dont want to shoot the ball, sit the fuck down.
