Mike Bud was talking with Shoening on the pregame show and he said the coaches aren't worried about Vaughn and Beno out because DW is doing a great job.

Wow. Nelson Wolff was just shown on KSAT trying to justify the continuation of the taxes on the SBC and he said "we want it (SBC) to last 50 years and not just 10 or 15." Unbelievable.

Dwight is such a freakin' tease with his FT shooting. He always has these stretches where he looks like he's turning it around, and promptly goes back to being crap at the line.

This second half could be pretty big for Washington and Williams. If either can show anything, that may be their ticket to a spot on the Spurs.

Nothing's wrong with Duncan, he'll be fine. Preseason is absolutely worthless, you guys should know this.

How's Washington doing? Boxscore doesn't seem to be the "light it up" stuff that it seems he needs to stay on the team.

Then again, neither he nor Williams are getting any meaningful minutes to make a decision.

Nice game by Hedo for the Magic- 13 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assist and a steal in 33 minutes of play.

Are the Spurs trying to take a stand against something or other? Why the hell did they not manage to show one damn game on TV this preseason?

I was at the game. Sad the Spurs lost but thank God no Howard Dunk over Tim at the end. Tim wasn't in at the end. They showed that dunk from last year about 3 or 4 times! Can't wait for the season to start!
