For example, fouling is not "cheating," because the rules of the game enable fouls to be ajudicated within said game. In other words, the mere fact that fouls are defined and penalties assessed by the rules transforms these into normative ethics, not proscriptive ethics.

In your opinion, if a defensive player flops to draw a foul, and they do call a foul on the offensive player, did the defensive player cheat?
