Washington is doing the same things that led to Pop going with Vaughn over Beno in the past.

He's managing the game and pressuring the ball on defense.

If he gets comfortable enough to let his offense come to him, this kid could leap Vaughn on the depth chart permanently, though that seems like a distant possibility at the moment.

Darius made some bonehead rookie plays tonight, but I loved his defense in the first quarter and his overall hustle.
