I was looking to get a better mouth guard, is there anything you guys recommend? I was looking at this one put out by title.

Have a look at the current issue of real fighter, they talk about this. Its towards the back I think.
Basically it states the better custom fit you can get, the better. Plain and simple.

DAMN THAT IS a cool site. Arlovski is my fav heavyweight fighter. Is he still in the UFC? My friend cropped a picture of my face on his body its funny.
One fight left and they are working on an extension.
AA would be in a much better position to bargain if he hadn't fought his last few fights so defensively. Nothing like 06 and earlier AA.

I think his loss to that ogre sylvia messed with his head a bit.

It would question my talent as well. Sylvia is garbage!!
My feelings on Sylvia is he is somewhere between a decent to average fighter.He has minimal skill and aggressiveness. His saving grace is being 6"8 and the odd matchup that presents.
Where he 5"10 he would at best be an undercard guy on the IFL or Cage Rage type organizaiton.

LOL yeah I can see that. Hey man you forgot my link hahaha, I forgot to reply. I bought a gel based mouthguard last night. It was pretty nice, but of course I want the fangs for my fights.

Weird. I typed out a response with links and fighters who used that website. I even added you to my address book and it only gives me that option once an email is sent.
Those mouthpieces were $120 anyway.

As an old fighter who heads down to the BST gym to spar the young bucks just for fun, I'm hoping you take this to heart:
Buy as many different as you can, fit them to your teeth, and then beat yourself up. Litterally, put on your gloves knocking yourself around (your jaw) or have someone knock you around to see how comfortable it is and more importantly how it protects your jaw/teeth.

ok ill do that. The one I bought worked out pretty well. I got my ass kicked in the ring last week. The mouthpiece held up nicely.

Training right now, my trainer has me looking at jan or feb. Working up my endurance right now. In my sparring I can go 3 rounds full on. My 4th is getting there but Ive noticed my jabs are weaker. He wants me to go 6 rounds full energy, even though he seems to think ill get knockouts in the 1st or 2nd. Our crew of fighters usually fight in the Austin and San Antonio area.

Go to www.arlovski.tv and click on "team pitbull". Scroll all the way to the right & you'll see a small bio on the dentist he uses to make his pitbull mouth guards. There's a link & an email address for it.

ashley is my wife, she was looking to get me a fang mouthgaurd for a present and did some research. she really doesnt know much about mma or boxing. except she likes anderson silva (she however now knows waaay more about mouthgaurds than she would have ever thought). she couldnt find the mouthgaurd in time for our anniversary, so she thought she would post where to find it here since some had asked about it when she was looking for info.

wtf thats awkward. i guess ashley was googling to find one too...ran into this thread...made one post to help out atrain and left...and for some reason her husband comes makes one post and leaves. i hope they would stay and talk mma but i doubt it. im a one hitter quitter at alot of forums too.

i'll talk mma, i watch a bit. i am training in western boxing and follow it a bit more though.
she totally just googled fang mouth guard and endend up here amongst many other bulletin boards.
