The irony is that Josh Howard in the roster would have resulted in a W.

Josh was defending his butt-buddy flopper D. Harris in the preseason and as a result(after a blind-side forearming of brad miller) caused his team a loss to Atlanta. His butt-buddy was out too due to a uteran-contusion :rolleyes

I recall a bunch of mavs fans saying they were glad that josh pushed b.miller and thuged it up to stand up for harris and to me that made no sense seeing how the joshless-mavs lost to atlanta.

Well, included in that 0-4 start was a loss (at home) to the Warriors. So you could say that something could be taken from that.
