It was an unimpressive W over a shitty Wizards team.

It would be nice if we had some good Celtics posters.

Suprising because the Celtics are one of the most storied franchises in sports, and we like have ZERO Celtics fans posting here.

I think there's at least one Celtics fan, isn't there? I know I'm seen one.
:lol Obviously not a good one though or they would've made an impression, I suppose.

No, I don't think we have any.

Like I said, shame, cause I watch all their preseason games and games the Spurs arent on.

Only due to they are ALWAYS televised.

They have one of the best PBP guys in the business doing their TV work.

I like Sean, although I miss Dick Stockton. The guys they have coming in and out are so-so at best. Bill Shoenning does a fine job on the radio....Wouldn't mind hearing Jay again, but I also would like to have playoff games in the alamodome. It just ain't happening.

If Kobe goes to Chicago, is Boston still the clear-cut favorite? Granted, if Chicago is able to maintain part of it's current nucleus.

Chicago needs to do something, they arent going to be very good this year.

If Chicago can keep Hinrich, Deng, Sefolosha, Noah or Thomas, Smith and Wallace, then yes. If they are forced to give up more than Gordon/Nocioni/Thomas or Noah/picks/filler, then no. They are thin up front, so trading Wallace is out of the question, and trading both Thomas and Noah really stings. They would be thin on the wings as well, so they really need to keep Sefolosha to run out as backup SG/SF.

Stockton was decent but got half the guy's names wrong and is ready to be put out to pasture.

Jay Howard was the shit I agree.

Dave Barnett though, IS the man. Is he still doing games this year?? I hope so :(

KG is even more of an arrogant, irritant, cocky bastard now..........
Because of him, the Celts are my 2nd team I love to hate from now on.

P.S.
Ray "acting" Allen doesn't exactly soften my feelings toward the once proud Celtics team either.

Wow. I think you mistake his passion and intensity for arrogance and cockiness. I don't think he is more arrogant or cockier than the average pro athlete.

You may have some deep-seeded issues about KG. I think your views on him are off base.

You might not like him because of years of constant comparisons with Duncan. But, other people debating that issue doesn't make KG arrogant or cocky.

The celtics are going to go far this season, they might not win a ring this year, but next year they should. I just wish the Celtics could aqquire a better point guard such as Billups or Arenas, :pctoss :fro

Why? Pistons have burnt out and not performed the last two years in the late stages of the playoffs.. Why will it suddenly change now?

'06 we had a center who couldn't score.

'07 we had a center who couldn't move.

So now we're dispensing with the whole "center" concept in favor of a "2x4 " lineup. If nothing else, it oughta be interesting.
