Does this cement Tom Osborne picking a new coach

I think Osborne was going to let Callahan finish the year before announcing a new coach search. But if it was not the case, does 69-31 after 3 and a 76-39 final vs Kansas remove any doubt?

Fabbs, a new coach was cemented the second Tom walked in the door of North Stadium. He even had a big stir when he accidently told a reporter what will happen "when the new staff comes in"
