16000 bought me my 21' Majek Pro V.


Time to start doing some serious fishin! Man im both excited and freaked out at the same time.


I need a more updated GPS for it. I got a loan for 18k to buy the boat, so im going to use the remainder to buy some equipment. Anyone have any recomendations on a decent GPS / Fishfinder in one?

I looked at a really nice Lowrance at the Bass Pro shops yesterday, but im trying to find it on ebay cheaper...and unsucessfull..

Yea it was the same one i showed pics of before.

since it is family i only paid 16k for it...which i think is a steal...just need to get a couple of batteries, to run the trolling motor, and i want to upgrade the GPS unit...other than that im set.

Pm5K -- lets go? i seriously want to go this weekend already (3 day weekend)

www.thehulltruth.com is a good forum. They can give good info on picking the right GPS. Congrats buddy I'm glad you pulled the trigger.

It seems like all the fishing guides down at the coast switched to a Majek. They are pretty damn nice but what kind of fishing are we talking about
