Don't they know to tip, and make sure people know they tipped?
Three or four years ago, senator Kerry failed to leave a tip at a restaurant. You'd think with the publicity that stirred up, senator Clinton wouldn't make the same mistake:

Clinton Campaign Says It Tipped Maid-Rite Waitress (http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=16143435)
You know. I just don't believe the Hillary people. You tip the waitress, not someone else. Nobody at the restaurant said they received a tip. I’m sure NPR would have mentioned that if they found such evidence.
