Can you earmark your donation specifically for a group? I never read all the fine print when I donate. Next time I give blood I'm checking the "rich, generous old person who will seek out and reward those who aid them in even the most indirect of ways" box.

I told them I wanted my blood to go specifically to poor Guatamalen children with missing appendages. They said it shouldn't be a problem.
