Was anyone else at the AT&T Center last night for The Police concert?

Almost 30 years later and they're still awesome and Stewart Copeland is still amazing.

I was there for the pre concert dinner since the Terrace Club was open.

I didn't stay for the concert though.

Glad you enjoyed it. :)

I was there one of the best concerts I have ever seen. I loved they way can't stand losing you and synchronicity sounded. Excellent show well worth the price of admission.

It was awesome! Sting kept coming over to the side of the stage where I was sitting and I swear could see his pores. Stewart Copeland is a god. I loved Andy Summers busting out his camera at the end and taking pics of the crowd.

I love The Police, glad to hear they still rock, but I want to see them in London in 1980!

Did they play "King of Pain"?

Did they play "King of Pain"?

Yep. They played quite a bit of old stuff as well, which is when a few people chose to go to the bathroom, get beer, etc. :lol But it appeared that most of the crowd where fans from way back when.

Didn't Sting's son's band open? My daughter went & told us all about it.

I love the older stuff! Outlandos d'Amour is their best album IMHO. But they were a bit less mainstream in those early days, so obviously not to everyone's taste.

I was there and it was worth the drive from Austin!! It's amazing when you realize it's just the three of them. They sounded great and played their asses off!!

Yes - the band is called Fictionplane, I think. His son sounds just like him.
