I discovered yesterday that if you create an All Access account on NBA.com, you can get streaming audio for all the games for free. Great for those of us far away from SA or tired of going out and sitting in the car to listen to games.

Sorry if it's a repost. It should probably be made sticky for a while.

Rather than crosspost this to the other basketball forums, I'll suggest that some of you repeat it or post a link.

lol. I know isn't it great?

I do league pass, then do that cool gamebox of ESPN when I listen to games. I think its the closest thing to watching TV or the game.

I usually listen to league pass while keeping the cbs gamebox on screen.
I tried Yahoo and NBA but they are not so good.
Is there any other gamebox worth noting out there?

I've done the sit-out-in-the-car thing many times before I moved to SA.

Hell, I remember fighting to pick them up on a boombox in Montana on 1200 WOAI even before the Robinson days. And yes, you can hear 1200 in Montana every now and then.

You could occasionally pick up OAI on a rooftop in Boston in the 70s.

ESPN does it pretty cool, kinda late though as opposed to the Audio League Pass, or vice-versa, Im not sure.

NBA.com's the worst I can tell you that.

for something we've known about for a month?

for something we've known about for a month?

We've known about it for a month (or more), but it still gets asked in every game blog. People are still searching for ways to see/hear the games.

A sticky's not a bad idea.
