They paid the money. What's your point? Why should the NFL Network get two bowl games then, using your logic?

I'd be pretty pissed as a TCU fan with Charter or Time Warner cable service. I think Houston is a Time Warner town too. At least Coog fans can drive to Reliant and watch that game.

Hey Dirk, Fox has had the Cotton Bowl for almost a decade and I've never really had a complaint with it. They just pull Summerall off his barstool over in Grapevine and hand him a mike. I'd rather hear ol' Pat calling a game than some of the trash other networks trot out to do their college games.

IIRC, last year the NFL and TWC came to an agreement for the college football games, and NFL network showed up for a week. Who knows if the same happens this year.

BCS is trying to appeal to the morbidly curious fan base.

Neither network deserves this. It is all bullshit. It pisses me off so much with how ABC has fucking changed. This ESPN on ABC is fucking retarded. Plus neither network shouldnt have the right to broadcast these games unless they broadcast these games during the course of the season. That should be part of the clause. :rolleyes :rolleyes

I'm excited the spartans are actually going to play a good team. I feared they would get stuck in the motor city bowl.

Texas Bowl is run by Bob McNair and the Texans...thats why it is on NFL Network. Houston is Comcast now so we can get NFL Network for 4 bucks a month
