I know someone who messed up their knee while playing soccer and she asked me if I could find a good knee/leg doctor. I'm not quite sure what the medical term is of that but someone who specializes in that or something of that sort.

She's been to a few other clinic doctors and they tell her nothing is wrong but when she excercises all the pain comes back. Any advice please thanks.

I went to the Sports Medicine Associates when I tore my acl and my dr. did an excellent job repairing it. #210-699-TEAM. :)

They specialize in sports injuries so I'm sure they can help out your friend.

Jesse DeLee if you can get in. I'm not sure if he is accepting new patients but he is a top tier orthopod (if not the best in SA) for sports injuries.

Vikodin and weed should do the trick.

Can you post a picture of your leg so we can review the Dr's work?

Dr. Schmidt.

Tell him he was highly recommended by Spurstalk and specifically Tim Duncan...

I Agree with Sunshine's recommendation. Whe I was 16 HE took care of my right knee without surgery. He has been around a loooooooong time. I am 36 now and have not had a problem with it since.

He operated on my mom when she crushed her knee cap and did an excellent job. He also did reconstructive surgery on my ankle in 93....told me it would last about 10 years before needing to be redone, and almost 15 years later, it's still strong.

Now I've got a condition in my OTHER ankle called avascular necrosis that will eventually require surgery, and he'll be the one to do it.
