I think I read somewhere that Manu also got injured too in this game...

Yep...

Ginobili injured, too: Tim Duncan wasn't the only member of the Spurs' Big Three to fall victim to James Jones on Sunday.

Manu Ginobili stretched ligaments in his left index finger after falling awkwardly in a first-quarter collision with the Portland forward. Unlike Duncan, Ginobili did not come out of the game, but he did wear a bandage for the rest of the afternoon.

After the game, Ginobili — who is left-handed — said his finger was still sore.
