If Manu doesn't make the all star game, it's a total POS travesty. Dude is the best at his role in the league.

Since Manu's role is owning bitches, i'd have t agree with you.

If they keep playing like this, they'll both get voted in as subs. They don't have the star power to get enough starters votes. It would be cool to see the big three in the All-Star game with Pop coaching, but I have to think Pop will throw a few games to get out of it... which might not be such a good idea since D'Antoni will be next in line. Lord knows what he'd do having the Spurs best three players at his fingertips for a few days.

Spurs will have 3 players in the AS game this year.

Parker is already a coach's darling...and there is absolutely no way the coaches won't put Manu on the team this year with the way he is completely tearing everyone up.

Duncan should get voted in per usual...especially with KG now in the East.

is there an outcome that has tony and manu making the allstar game but tim not? is the respect the coaches have for timmy enough?

boozer, carmelo, dirk, and even josh howard are all putting up better numbers than duncan.

Duncan usually gets voted in pretty convincingly. Once a guy establishes that kind of vote it seldom changes(even if he's injured and can't play in the game).

The one with the weakest chance of making it IMO is Parker...but Parker is already a two time coaches selection...and he's having his best season. Plus he's the finals MVP...

We need our 3 boys in ASG, why not Bruce ... he's an star too!

WTF Manu's all star aspiration has to do with Tony's one ? It's not like they're competing in the popular ballot ? Are the church of Manu pissed with Tony's improvement this season, coming up with this silly question ? WHERE ARE Tony homers in this forum, all i can see are Manu worshippers everywhere. :rolleyes

Tony and Manu are both having their best season ever right now... Manu just has more fans because Tony can only dream of pulling off the crazy voodoo shit that Manu does.

Typical CoM logic. The evil Tony is holding Manu back from his just desserts.

he actually created 2 identical threads... one for tony and one for manu... my guess is he was just trying to get some arguments going for either side... kinda like trolling... but with a non deviant nature.

These Manu vs Tony posters are sooooo old!! Can't you think of some new shit?? BTW, Manu and Tony don't compete against each other on the court, they actually play TOGETHER as teammates and support each other. I'm an actual Spurs fan that loves BOTH Tony and Manu + the rest of the team....Wow, what a concept!

Nope! You have to pick a side! You can't like them both equally, you know?

i see timmy and Manu in the ASG. tony deseves it but i dont think he will get the votes. it doesnt matter though as long as they keep destroying teams in the regular season.

Seriously.

They should all claim injuries if D'Antoni wins.

D'antoni was coach last year so he can't be this year. I will probably be Pop, but we still have dec. and jan. to see. Either way, it won't be d'antoni. I want all 3 of them to make it. They always seem to find a way to put 3 suns in. But if they don't make it, besides the outrage from knowledgeable fans, I think that it will motivate them to finish the year strong. :santahat :flag:

no shit plus everyone knows tony is better

Manu>Parker in terms of leadership, clutchness, outside shooting, free throw shooting, rebounding, and even passing although Parker is a point guard.

They're both about equal in penetration and finishing at the rim.

Also, I just can't see Parker leading a team to the playoffs all by himself..I can see Manu being able to do that with the season he's having so far...plus his PER is much higher than Parkers.

Manu is like 5 years older than TP so ofcourse I would consider him more of a leader. That is something Parker needs to grow more into. When I was watching him against the Jazz on Fri. Tony was displaying some bad body language out there. He was getting upset with teammates and it something I haven't seen from him before. So maybe its just frusteration, but the should realy conduct himself better out there.
