Yesterday during the 1st qtr of the Cowboys, Lions game Romo's pass was deflected and hit the floating camera, is that a Live ball for an interseption or reception, or is it a dead ball at that point?

Don't know for sure, but I believe it would fall under the "gondola rule", which would make it a dead ball.

I would think that it would be considered in play.

It should be a live ball... just like if it hits the ref its considered a live ball...

It would result in the down being replayed.
