Don't mean to gross anyone out but the inside of my ass crack has been red and has been itching like a bitch. It also itches from the outside of the crack and is red as well with some bumps. Do I have a heat rash or what the hell is this shit? It's a pain in the ass to wipe my ass because it hurts and kinda burns and all the hair's inside of it just make it worse. Anyone ever have something like this and no what it's called and how to treat it? Hope the shit ain't serious.

I know someone who's had the exact same problem. He said it went away after about a week, but that it was quite painful to wipe. I'd see a doc if it persists for way too long, until then, just keep the area clean I guess and be very careful when handling.
