I'm fairly certain that the Celts always play a road game on St. Paddy's Day. I couple of years ago there were in Dallas. It's good business because people will go to the game as their Irish celebration. The fact that its against San Antonio also makes sense because both teams are considered the best in their respective conferences.

Didn't the schedule come out before the KG trade? I can't remember.
