Now I know the Mavs have not played well thus far in the season and still are 16-9 and that's a pretty good record through 25. But what the hell is up with the Rockets. They are really bad all of a sudden.

We have Spurs suck threads after every one of their losses.
Fire Pop, trade Tim, Manu sucks.
It's just the way we roll around here! :lol

It does not bother me that the rox suck, it is out of my control......
Mavs do own the rox
tmac is not buying-in and is quite fragile
the team falls apart when rafer dnps(like when nash dnps and phx sucks and no, I'm not comparing the 2 players, just their effect on their team's O)
They have had a tough schedule to start, but they can't keep singing that tune for too much longer.
Rick Adelman is a good coach, but he does not have the right players to run his offensive schemes and thus he is not running the full R.Adel. offense.
JVG was a good reg. season coach, but he was continually exposed in the postseason for lack of shooters and depth.
Lack of pure shooters is still a problem
Lack of a penetrating 1 is still a problem
Lack of a single quality 4 is still a problem
Lack of a slashing 2 is still a problem
Lack of a consistent 3rd scorer is still a problem
They are stuck b/t two schools of thought with very little leadership on the team.
The owner along with mgmt. are making questionable decisions
Yao looked like he was at a loss on the bench during garbage time and I could of sworn that the Giant looked like he was a few mins from shedding a tear of frustration.
Rant over.

While yao was crying silent tears, mcgrady was laughing and smiling. That's the problem right there. Tmac seems resigned to losing now. And after all the preseason hype about Rockets being elite. They can still get it together though.

And tmac seems to be a very comfortable rich cat with great talent and questionable motivation
I think they will turn it around, but enough to get out of the first round....not sure.
Trust me, rox fans have been hypnotized by the hype
