Are these only available on ebay for purchase? I know the official has it in pdf format, but if you wanted the real thing how do you go about obtaining one?

I think that's right. I suppose you could call the Spurs' media services department to see if they'd sell you one.

Just an FYI, I've gotten several from ebay and haven't paid more than $10. for any of them and they've all been in perfect condition.
