How Many Hours a Day do you Sleep?

Between 5-7 hours a day for me, with a night of insomnia thrown in for good measure about once a year.

A so called trainer who likes to play with the Jake as driving would keep you awake. Now I am sorta round so I just roll around in the bunk. :lol
