Why the hell do you hate the fact that Avery got his # retired so much?

Why the hell do you hate the fact that Avery got his # retired so much?

Because of its proximity to the number 8, which couldn't get retired at the Downtown YMCA.

That wisdom tooth and TMD is pissin me off. My teeth hurt like hell and my cheek is like a boob. I took an 800mg Ibuprofen at midnight. It usually lets me sleep til about 11 the next day. Well...it decided to not work. :oops :yield :worthy: :shootme

Yea, but does that include The Middle East?

To quote the Stormtroopers of Death:

"Fuck the middle east
There's too many problems
They just get in our way
We can sure live without them
They hijack our planes
They raise our oil prices
We'll kill 'em all
And have a ball
And end their fucking crisis!!!!!!!"

The film " Life is Beautiful" is a great one and is probably why I had that phrase in my mind.
But I greatly prefer the Italian language version of the movie. I tried watching it in English the other day on television and couldn't. It just wasn't as good to me.

But I digress.

Somebody gave me the nicest compliment the other day- said I was a walking Disney movie, all cheery like the happy birds in Bambi.
Isn't that sweet! :)

August through the first part of December of this year was rough for me ( although even that difficult period had its high points).
However, the end of the year is progressing just splendidly. :D

On Saturday, a friend from California came in for a surprise visit. :elephant :elephant

On Christmas Eve I won the " do a happy dance" contest at work ( had to dance to qualify for drawing) and won a gift card. :downspin:

Christmas was super peaceful and relaxing. :)

Today, I participated in a blood drive and was given a free long sleeved Spurs shirt. :hat

I have was scheduled off from the mall for the next four days in a row ( two days on this week's schedule and two days on next weeks so no hour lost).
Not only that, it was slow today so they let me leave half a day early. :clap

Friday, my Raps are in town and at the arena this Friday! :fro

And to top it all off, I am up for a raise in my current position at the mall and am also next in line for promotion as well. The latter should take effect in mid January. The raise could come even sooner. :greedy

Holla! :toast

God is good! :tu :tu

How could you be against AJ? I just love him. My hubby took me to the game and even got us good seats on the 20th row, section 108 I think. Nothing in front of us but a rail. I could see AJ sitting in the second row. His sister was beautiful and I loved her outfit. The game was amazing and the tribute to AJ was wonderful. I wore my AJ jersey that I bought back in 2000 and people kept asking where they could get one. We sat next to some Mavs fans from Dallas who came all the way down here just to see Avery get this night. I thought that was really cool. It was a great night.

And for your sake and other like minded fans, I am happy they had the ceremony.
Truly.

I don't actually mind the banner being up there anymore. I had a really nice evening that night at the arena ( unrelated to A.J.) so now whenever I look at the banner it reminds me of my great night.
It all worked out. :)

Whoosh- this has been my two weeks.

The only jeans that fit me are my SKINNY jeans. All the rest are too big.
AND I have been eating whatever I've wanted to.

Nobody pinch me! :)
