MY CHRISTMAS HAS OFFICIALLY BEEN FULFILLED!:

Rock Band
NBA Live 08
Call of Duty 4
those $15 Marbury's
a Cowboys jersey
more Spurs clothes
a new basketball (the good kind, not the shitty walmart brand)
some Nike's

the dog is a 1/2 chihuahua and 1/2 poodle. It's so fucking cute!

Couldn't ask for anything more. The best Christmas ever by far.

Damn, I didn't get shit. :lol
I was truly blessed this year. I didn't expect anything like this. My mom is jobless because she decided to go to college and my dad works at HEB. I don't know how the fuck they pulled it off considering they got presents for my sister, brother and brother's wife. I love them so much. This was just icing on the cake.

nsrammstein
12-25-2007, 03:27 AM
I got a hug from my dad and mom

nsrammstein
12-25-2007, 03:30 AM
BTW, I don't think puppies or any kind of animal should be ever given as a present. The first weeks you will love him but a few weeks later he will be there abandoned without no one taking care of him because ''he is not fun anymore''

I got the Spurs monopoly and Spurs potato head that were mentioned in a thread in the Spurs forum. If my mom knew how to work a computer, I would have panicked that she reads SpursTalk :lol

I also got:
Rangers cell phone case
Lots of Bath and Body Works stuff
Some Burts Bees makeup
Four empty perfume bottles to make my own scent
A HUGE bottle of the new Chanel No. 5 Premier
Two rings, a necklace and two pairs of earrings
A jewelry box with a Van Gogh painting on it

Now this part is hilarious: my sister bought a baseball signed by the Rangers on eBay months ago and put it in her closet. I opened it and its a baseball signed by the Arkansas Travelers of the minor league Texas League. :lmao She had no idea cus she knows jack shit about baseball and didn't realize they sent her the wrong one. And apparently its too late for a refund or exchange. Oh well. It's the thought that counts. But boy, was she pissed!

Merry Christmas. :)

I opened one present which my mom sent me. I had her on the phone in China on Christmas Eve.

It is a blue charm bracelet that say L E G N A.

It is supposed to say Angel but it was strung on wrong. My mom bought it from Overstock.com and so therefore did not know about the error until I opened it.

I told her it is okay- that I will just tell everyone that LEGNA is Chinese for Angel.

:lol

My room mate made me a Spurs blanket.
I am not supposed to know but she left it in the sewing room and I saw it when I was ironing.
I will act super surprised.

Clothes, A stand up punching bag, and its pretty funny but I got video games. I think the last time I got video games was like 10 or 15 years ago. My nephew didn't let my sister get me anything at Bed Bath and Beyond and made her get me a computer game to play against him online hahaha. Too bad I won't let him win :).

I actually didn't get myself anything this year, which I usually do. Last year it was my 80 gig Ipod. I guess it will be the new stereo system that I have been planning to get for my Tahoe.

I got my boyfriend lots of stuff for his new Wii
Reminds me of this story my cousin told me the other day. Her friend wanted to get Rock Band for her boyfriend for x-mas but they were sold out everywhere, as usual. Then she had given up hope of getting it after she couldn't find it anywhere. Later on she went to BlockBuster to rent some DVDs and saw it there. She thought it was up for rent and ignored it. When she was ready to rent her DVDs she was talking to the cashier about the game when the cashier told her the Rock Band up for display was actually for sale! She then immediately rushed to her car with all her money and paid for it on the spot. Talk about getting lucky. In BlockBuster of all places.

The gift I didn't want ... I got the flu. So I'm home sick instead of at my friend's family's house. Oh well.

I don't have family so all my gifts come from people I work with:
A blanket made by one of the girls in the office
Some Starbucks hot cocoa mix and a bottle of Starbucks peppermint syrup (I LOVE Starbucks Hot Chocolate!!)
A chocolate-scented candle and box of french chocolates
A box of chocolates from Sees
A Coach purse (from my boss & his wife)
A $500 Visa gift card (a combined gift from the 4 Directors I work for)

All in all, one of the best Christmas's ever! Aside from the flu.
But one of my Directors made me promise not to buy shoes with the gift card, he said I have too many already. lol

Merry Christmas to all!!!

I have been here at work thinking about what I should get myself besides the stereo system. Here is what I have come up with, a 4GB Ipod Nano (To compliment my 80 gig ipod video), a new cell phone(thinking about the Blackberry Pearl), and maybe a Martin Acoustic, or Alvarez. The Cell phone is still up the air though, I really don't NEED one right now since my Razor still works ok, but I am tired of it. I do want a Iphone, but am thinking about waiting till they release one that is bigger than 8 gigs.

my favorite gift was the itouch. right now i'm really enjoying it. i didn't really "ask" for it because i thought it was basically the same thing as an ipod except with dvd compatability and didn't think it was worth it. i had no idea you could go on the internet w/ it and watch youtube videos.

i've downloaded a kind of dvd converter which will allow me to watch my dvd's on it w/o having to buy them from itunes.

does anyone know if itouch will allow me to see things in HD?

btw, my only complaint w/ the itouch is that it is harder navigate through my library while i'm driving compared to the ipod. o well

A fair amount of clothing, some of it good. I got Guitar Hero 1 and 2 back on Black Friday. Easjer figured that when it came to games if I wanted to actually get exactly what I wanted it was better to go pick it out myself. We're both willing to trade the element of surprise for satisfaction when it comes to gift giving.

Rounding out the goodies, a Spurs hoodie and Band of Brothers on DVD. A pretty good haul.

Also my wife and family were all in the same room for Christmas and a civil time was had by all. And tomorrow I'll see my best friend who recently got back from Iraq. Two great gifts.

Have you got the drums down? Man either that shit is hard, or I have absolutely no rhythm at all :depressed
I know, right? I can barely get it down on medium, how the hell do they expect us to beat it on expert?
