I found this Motorola PEBL U6 Red Cell Phone that cost 365.00 dollars and I called one of the numbers on the phone and some dude from India that works at USAA answered and he told me he will call the original owner.
Anyway I told the man I had his phone and I could use a six pack of beer and he said very well where do you live. and he comes by to get the phone but no beer?
What kind of lowlife would re-nigg on a six pack for finding a 365.00 dollar cell phone?

So you found the cell phone, didn't go out of your way except to make a phone call, and made him come and get it from you, and you still expect a six pack? On christmas?

I would have brought the six pack. Considering alot of people would have kept/ sold the phone, that is pretty easy reward to pay for the return of a cell phone.

I traded it for a bottle of whiskey! :drunk
I have a room full of printers.lexmark.Cannon.Epson etc...a six pack each! :smokin
I also have a stack of Randy Moss Rookies if anyone wants them for their kids!
Chances are you might have just said thats ok Merry Christmas but at least the curry smelling bastard offered something and that is what really counts,
I hate people who don't even offer shit!
I saw this dog that was lost at Alamo heights it was some sort of yellow dog like the one you see in the Gravy Train commercials and I noticed it was limping. So after about an hour of using the only meat in our fridge I got it to come to my back yard.
It had a gate so after I had it trapped I called the number on his dog tags.
The lady was hysterical she sounded like she won the publishers clearing house sweepstakes.
She said her dog was hit by a car two days ago and they have been looking for him non stop. I knew they was going to offer me some cash but at the time I worked at Ft.Sam and money was no problem I was just happy to do something cool.
When the lady came she grabbed her dog and didn't even say thank you. WTF?

You try to do something nice, and people act as if it is expected of you.

Is that why people do acts of kindness? For a reward? Is not the simple act of kindness your just reward? The "what's in if for me" attitude is not the way to the promised land.

It's like when you find someones wallet or tell someone they dropped some money on the ground and they give you that mind your own business look. Jut like some of the San Antonio drivers when you let them cut in not even a wave or a thumbs up!
The next time I find something it's going straight to eBay!

Back in 98 I lived in Alamo Heights and we had a yard sale. near the end of the day some lady who looked like a teacher drove a nice car wanted my golf clubs. I wanted 20 dollars and she said 15.00 dollars. so I gave her a change for her 20 dollar bill. As she drove off I realized I gave her a 50.00 dollar bill not a 5.00 dollar bill.
I figured the lady would come back but she never did.
I know it has nothing to do with the topic but that shit still bothers me and this looked like the only place here at ST I could talk about it.

This one chick locked her keys in her car at the gas station. So this dude was able to unlock it with a slim jim after she had been waiting for the locksmith to come. She was so happy and hugged him and thanked him. The whole time I was thinking "give the dude and blow job" Why can't blow jobs be customary for such heroics. Are there any chicks out there that have done this?

Well when you think about it, a six pack costs what? about $7? And a BJ costs nothing but a few seconds of your time. Definitely requires consideration!

What kind of Karma do you think you should receive? Are you saying if you lose something you hope someone else does the same? or have things been real bad lately and you could really use some good luck?
