I always said terry was a scrub. Even Devin Harris is better than him.
looks like he won't be winning the 6th man award that he was gunning for.

Slumps happen. Chumps happen ala Jason Terry. After Jason Terry, Jerry Stackhouse is the next biggest chump on your beloved Mavs team.

You might not like Jason Terry, but he's not a scrub. A little realism please. Scrubs are garbage time players, bench warmers, 10 day contract guys. Terry is struggled with his shot for a couple games. Don't think it's a huge deal yet. If he goes on a streak of like 5+ games shooting 15% from the field, then he's got some issues. Two games of bad shooting happens, even to very good players.

The law of averages is catching up to Jason Terry.

NBA players can't expect to be jump shooters and nothing else, and shoot a high percentage.

That explains 3-for-22. Pretty much balances out his percentage and makes up for his fluke 12-for-15 type nights from the field this season.

Needless to say, the Dallas Mavericks will NEVER win an NBA championship.

I wouldn't count on their failure in reg season to be extended to the playoff. They also had great success against SPURS too. I wouldn't underestimate Mavs.

All of the Spurs fans counting out the Mavericks and taking such joy in their early-season struggles (which are pretty minor, in the grand scheme of things) are starting to sound a whole lot like some Mavs' fans during the past regular season.

I just hope that the payoff won't be the same.
