The Spurs are going to have some interesting matchups this month:

Jan 3 @ Denver
Jan 4 vs NYK
Jan 6 @ LAC
Jan 7 @ Golden State
Jan 10 vs DET
Jan 12 vs MIN
Jan 14 vs PHI
Jan 17 vs CLE
Jan 19 @ HOU
Jan 21 @ CHA
Jan 23 vs LAL
Jan 24 @ MIA
Jan 26 vs NO
Jan 28 @ UTAH
Jan 29 @ SEA
Jan 31 @ PHO

Contrary to December, the Spurs will have to play B2B games 4 times so let's see how they are going to do. I'm predicting a 13-3 record with tough losses against Phoenix, Detroit and Golden State and pretty good win in close games against Utah,New Orleans, LAL, Houston and Cleveland.

Thanks, but I don't expect the Spurs to lose two in a row. If they lose to GS on the 7th and then have two days to stew about it, that's probably trouble for a Pistons squad that will have played Dallas the night before. So I'd like to see them beat the Warriors handily.

I think we'll beat Phoenix this time, if everyone's relatively healthy. Plus it's not a back to back. I think we can beat Detroit since its at home. I don't think we will beat them on the road though.

any wins will be flukes, because they get all the calls, while the other teams were just trying to shoot some shots that didnt go down due to the flukiness of the Spurs.

Our record this month will depend on our ability to avoid any more injuries. Hopefully, Manu is back tomorrow or at the latest against the Clips on the 6th. I don't see any reason to bring him back against the Knicks if he doesn't play in Denver. I think we could potentially have a good January record, but 9 of the 16 games are on the road, which is where we have struggled. And with 4 back to backs it will be tough. I agree with 12-4.
