Talk to the hand,Tlong. Come play-off time, we'll beat your team (if the blazers make it to the play offs)..

Must be good for you Tlong to finally have a team that can back up your comments ? :lol

They certainly look good and very very confident. They look like they are having fun and that makes a BIG difference

true dat. so was the one in 05 - those nuggets worried me even more than these ones did.

but in the end the spurs are just the best team in the league.

Ginobili and Barry are hurt. That has a lot to do with it.

Manu & Brent out doesn't help. Denver has one of the best starting 5 in the league, too. Still early for the Spurs and its regular season.

Anyone who has been on this board for a reasonable amount of time knows that after the ASB and RR trip happen then it's time to evaluate the Spurs. Up to that point it is senseless IMO.

If the Spurs are playing like this after that time then I would be concerned. Right now I'm not. TOO EARLY for me.

Anyway their D - Denver scores only 80 points! - was very good but the Spurs couldn't buy a shot at times and our poor FT shooting (63%) really hurt also.

The Spurs have lost 6 of 10 and STILL have the fewest losses in the conference.

I'd say they're pretty good.

San Antonians are clueless.

What do you think happens when players get old?

A team of players nearly all over 30 are having injury problems? Imagine that!

Been hearing that since the 05 season. Lamest excuse ever.

We need to give the Nuggets back Elson and Dermarr for Camby.

It could be worse. Imagine how fragile of a team we'd be if we had a veteran starter with bad ankles, one who needed micro-fracture surgery last year, and an aging point guard who is forced to play large amounts of minutes during the regular season in order for us to stay competitive. Now THAT would make me worry.

Your Suns are the second oldest team in the league.

Spurs still have at least 1-2 seasons left in them before the wheels fall off. I suspect that this is the last year they make a serious title run. Horry, Barry, Finley, etc. will all be too old next season and will most likely retire. Spurs are going to need time to get the necessary role players back to support Tim, Manu, and TP.

Agree with you whole heartedly on this. Suns are older and not the same team in 2005 that would run you out of the gym.
