Thursday night last week (dec 23) I played some hoops. On a rebound, I caught an elbow in the jaw. Rung my bell really well, made my head for numb for a couple minutes.

Apparently, I cracked my tooth - it fell apart on Christmas eve. All weekend, I was in huge pain - took a lot of pain killers and slept a lot.

On Thursday, I ate a regular Wendy's #4. Went to bed after ballin, cause I had a headache.

Friday, my tooth fell apart, and so I didnt eat.

Sat - ate some mashed potatoes and a little turkey.
Sun - nuthin
Monday - went to the dentist - and had immediate surgery. The tooth was taken out, got a bone graft for my jaw, and drugs were injected to my jaw. Basically just makes the muscles around the jaw spasm to keep it from opening too far.
Wed and Thurs, I ate a couple slices of deli meat.
M-F, I drank a few Slim Fasts and drank lots of sprite.

On Christmas day, I weighted 185.

Today - 166.

So try the busted face diet. 20 lbs in about a week.

Nice post, 2Pac. It reminds me of my favorite weight-loss program. At 180 pounds, I decided to drive to LA to see the Princess. I figured it was long drive but the reward at the end was well worth it.

What I didn't figure was my tire exploding on the highway between San Antonio and El Paso. Since I was driving like 95 MPH, when it exploded my car went spinning off the road and I went slamming into the steering wheel. So once I figured out where I was, I went out to put the spare on. Problem was the car was on gravel and on an incline, which made using the jack impossible because the car would just start sliding when I got it up. Plus being like 110 degrees in the hottest part of the summer didn't help matters either.

I took out my cell phone ... no service, of course. I couldn't even get an operator. With about one car going by per hour, it was hopeless getting anyone to help. With no town within 100 miles, walking wasn't an option. I realized either I put the spare on or I probably die :)

That's when I became inventive and dug holes around each tire to make sure the car couldn't slide. Since I had no tools, I had to dig the holes with my bare hands. Then I got whatever big rocks I could find and put them downhill of the tires to prevent any rolling. I finally got the car up and was changing the tire. That part especially sucked because everything out there was so damn hot from being in the sun. I could feel my skin boiling off as I finished changing the tire.

Finally I get the spare donut tire on and drive like 30 MPH to the next small little town where they directed me to the next small town because that one didn't have a tire shop. Get to the next town and pay like $400 for a new tire.

Including that ordeal, I got to LA within 24 hours of leaving San Antonio without eating or sleeping.

When I finally got there, I weighed myself.

162 pounds.

:wow
