I thought I'd post it for those who wanted to see it. It's too bad that nothing came out of it though. It still was pretty sweet.

okies.

Ditto.
If he doesn't throw the second head-fake, he has time to raise up and pop that jumper.

As you can see, Manu faked out Jax which caused Jax to fall on his fat ass. Manu even faked him out again even though Jax was already lying flat on the floor like a dead horse just to be sure.
***That should have been an attempted 3. He's outta sorts.***

The REAL reason he didn't take the shot is because Jack was an ex teammate of his and he already made him look dumb enough. Its called respect. Manu used him on the fake though, WITHOUT A DOUBT!

he should have thrown the ball in the stands and walked off the court. OH BABY:lol Exactly.
After shooting that same step back three what seemed like 200 times last year in the playoffs, I was shocked when he didn't shoot it. Wicked move, though.

Manu faked guarding Jack too.

:wow
Incredible and hilarious move.
He should of just handed the ball to Buckets while he was still on the ground. It's very very rare that you can make someone fall in the NBA with just a juke hesitation move without a crossover.

Yah he really should have shot that three and pulled a robert horry hanging his release hand sky high as he walked back down the court.

If this was the playoffs, no doubt manu would have launched the 3.
That second fake with Jackson already on the floor tells me Manu is not in rhythm and is simply getting through the game by instinct. I think he even faked himself out of the shot. If this was Manu near or at his best, he would have either drove in or took the 3-pointer.

Manu should have shot that, he was completely open.
I think he felt sorry for his friend Sjax, so he passed up on the shot

I was surprised he didn't shoot it. He usually steps back and shoots the three.

he went into a second juke move and by the time he could get set again monta ellis was on him. manu would have gotten rejected and they he would have looked stupid

Manu could easily shoot over monta.

It looks like Jacksons was trying to take a charge (flop), but no one was there.

monta's pretty long and it would have been a tough shot if he had taken it. manu already blew the attempt by going for the second, and uneccessary, head fake

Before I even read the rest of the thread I thought, "why the hell did he not just shoo the ball?" It seems I am not the only one who feels that way.
I don't know about everyone else, but I thought he should have shot the three.
haha agreed

No he didn't. He mistook it for the floor.

I think manu was equally surprised as all of us by the effect of his intense balling skills. I really don't think he expected s-jax to just fall over like that...hence the second move. If he noticed that Jackson was falling on his ass, he would've shot it for sure. I guarantee you Manu was regretting this as he's walking to the bench at the end of the clip.
oh well... too bad. it would've been a great highlight and probably been on sportscenter multiple times if he shot and made the three. But alas...manu didn't shoot or make the three and we didn't win the game. Life sucks...haha
