some stupid lady ran a red light in downtown Dallas at Woodall Rodgers and Pearl going about 50 or 60. It wasn't like she was even trying to beat the light. My light had been green for a good 10 or 15 seconds. She just flat out ran it. So I end up smashing into her going about 35 or 40. My car gets completely totaled, but she was going so fast that she ended up rolling her Suburban twice and landing upside down. It was pretty crazy. Fortunately, she and her son were fine. She was a strange lady too... probably in her 40s, but looked about 60 because she probably smokes a pack of cigarettes a day. She smoked like 3 right after the wreck and seemed perfectly calm.

I think I was most pissed because I was picking up some lunch for some friends, and the food ended up flying all over my car. I was so hungry too... what a waste of $20.

That sucks. Aside from losing a meal, you ok?

I went to the chiropractor yesterday and today. My spine is crooked, my top vertebrae is way out of alignment, and my natural neck curve is backwards. I'm pretty sore, but nothing too bad.

Sounds like it could have been really bad.
I'm glad everyone is okay.

Watch your back...what seems minor can become major over time if you don't pay attention to it. (I speak from experience.)

I will be sure to keep an eye on that. Thanks.

that sounds like you'd be in a lot more pain to have all those alterations to your spine.

no chance you had scoliosis and didnt know?

I don't think so. Not long ago I had been checked for that.

She had none. She was too busy smoking cigarettes and looking stoned.

Me and my friend got into a car wreck last year around this time. The situations are almost similiar just neither car flipped over OR neither one of us were injured OR got a lawyer. He got back about 3500 with no lawyer, or without going to a chiropractor. You get a lawyer and the first thing they do is send you to a chiropractor. You have pretty serious injuries, like I said 5k I think will be the minimum you get.

When I got in a car accident, I got a lawyer and they started sending me to this Filipino masseuse. My lawyer told me to go as many times a week as I could. I ended up getting my car paid for, medical expenses, my Filipino masseuse and a couple g's. It was awesome.

Haha, yea. I just wanna get a new car, and put the rest to savings... depending on how much I get. Looks like I will be going in for therapy a few times a week for a few months.
