Shaq Could End Up Miss A Month
January 23, 2008 - 4:14 pm
RealGM Staff Report -
According to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, Heat center Shaquille O'Neal could end up missing a month of action after having MRI exams earlier this week.

It was originally reported that he would miss just a few weeks, but he will be re-evaluated after undergoing two weeks of treatment and ice for the swelling and fluid that his hip has accumulated. It will then be determined if he can return to the cour, or have to undergo another series of treatments.

If he's not able to take the floor after the first round of treatments, he'll end up missing more than a month of action.

This is just the acceleration of the decline that began with "the toe" in LA.

Shaq please give it up. You have nothing to prove anymore. Is really sad to see his career ending this way. I actually feel bad for him. You can tell he is trying to give everything he can but he just does not have much left.

I feel bad for him too. Its like watching a 50 year old stripper who thinks she still "has it".

Shaq needs to hang em up and call it a career. the physical activity of bball combined with his weight is putting too much stress on his body.
